Customer

  1. What is a Customer?
A Customer is an individual who purchases at retail price but does not participate in the business opportunity. Customers may also benefit from the Customer Referral Program.

  2. What is the ImmunoDirect program?
The automatic monthly shipping system for Customers. ImmunoDirect may be cancelled at any time.

  3. What is an ImmunoDirect Customer?
A Customer who subscribes to a monthly ImmunoDirect program and receives a 20% discount. ImmunoDirect Customers may also benefit from the Customer Referral Program.

  4. Are the Customers attached to you or are they placed on your level 1?
Customers are not part of your generation 1. They are part of your Personal Group Volume (PGV). You are paid the retail profit ($9 in the case of Immunocal being purchased at a 20% discount).

  5. Does a Venture Consultant who only has Customers have to buy 400 points in order to get the 10% on his Customers’ purchases, or can he buy only 180 points and still get the 10% on his Customers’ purchases?
An Associate is eligible to be paid on their personal Customers and their 1st generation Associates. So if a Venture Consultant has 180 PV they would be “paid-as” Associate and eligible to be paid on their personal Customers.

  6. If I buy products for Customers who don’t want to use their credit card on my personal site, does it mean that I won’t receive any payable commission due to the fact that I personally purchased and resold these products to my Customers?
Yes. On personally purchased products there is no commission or rebate paid. To earn profit on these purchases you must mark-up the products at a higher price when you sell to your Customers.

  7. If a Customer wants to order every few months, and they don't want to subscribe to the monthly Autoship or become a Consultant, are they obligated to pay retail each time, or do they have another option?
Yes, they are obligated to pay full retail price each time. For an individual who does not want to become a Consultant or subscribe to a monthly Customer Autoship (ImmunoDirect) they will pay full retail on their purchases.

  8. If a customer does not want to go on Autoship, requiring them to pay full retail price, does the difference go to the Consultant?
Yes, on a box of Immunocal (for example) the difference of $27 ($90-$63) will be paid to the first qualified Associate upline Consultant.

Commissions

  1. Are commissions based on wholesale?
Commissions are paid on the Commissionable Value (CV) of each product. On individual products, the CV matches the wholesale amount.

  2. How often do I get paid?
Immunotec pays commissions monthly. Commission checks are mailed on the 12th of each month and are based on the volume accumulated in the previous month.

  3. Could you please explain how the ImmunoDirect margin works out to be 15%?
New ImmunoDirect Customers will be purchasing a box of Immunocal (for example) at $72. The upline Consultant will receive the difference in discount, which is the difference between what they pay ($63) and what the Customer purchases ($72) for a payout of $9. This $9 is 14.3% of $63, which is roughly a 15% profit.

  4. How do I calculate my residual income? Are the percentages based on my Consultant's TOV, PGV or PV?
The percentages are applied to the commissionable (wholesale) amount of each order placed by Customers and Consultants in your organization.

  5. Why do we not get commissions on the products we purchase for our personal use? I am purchasing Immunocal for myself and 6 grandchildren.
The wholesale price of Immunocal is $63. Any retail profit on the sales of products is to be above and beyond the price it is purchased at. The plan pays for the purchases made by the Consultants and Customers that are sponsored into the business as part of your organization.

  6. Are we paid on our Consultants’ Customers from G1 to G8, that is 5%, 10% and 7% or 2% depending on the position? Example: a Customer, placed in G1, pays me 5% on $63, in G2 it’s 10% on $63 and a Customer in G4-G5-G6 pays 7% on $63. Did we understand correctly?
Yes, however, Customers are on the generation of the qualified Consultant who signed them up. Example: your first generation Consultant has a Customer. That Customer is paid to you as a generation 1 payment of 5%.

  7. Does the Compensation Plan have compression built into it?
Yes, the plan compresses unpaid generations to the next upline qualified Consultants. Full compression rules apply in this Compensation Plan.

Commission Qualification

  1. Are my monthly qualifications based on points?
Points are used for monthly qualifications. Refer to the Compensation Plan for more details on points needed for each rank.

  2. How does a Consultant qualify for commissions?
To earn commissions and bonuses, a Consultant must achieve the title of Associate or higher to be "commission qualified." This means that they must personally purchase a minimum volume of products each month.

  3. Is the qualification requirement for reaching a title the same as the maintenance requirement for keeping the title?
The answer is yes, except for the initial ranks of Associate and Venture.

  4. At what level can you begin earning commission?
You can begin to earn commissions at the Associate level.

  5. As a Venture Consultant, do I have to maintain 2,000 PGV points monthly or the required 400 PV in order to maintain my Venture level?
The 2,000 PGV is a ONE TIME qualification. The monthly maintenance is 400 PV.

  6. Can all of the Personal Group Volume (PGV) come from my Customer base?
Yes, PGV (Personal Group Volume) can come from any or all of the following three places: Your personal purchases, your personal Customers’ purchases and the personally sponsored Consultant lines that have not promoted to Associate or higher in a prior month.

  7. As a "qualified" Venture Consultant or higher, do I get both the difference in discounts (if any) and the Generation 1 for my personal Customers?
No, just the difference in discount, your upline will be paid the generation 1 on your Customers.

  10. As a "qualified" Venture, do I get the G1 for my personal purchases (which include drop ships) placed under my Consultant number?
No, G1 on your purchases are paid to your upline. You do not receive commissions on your personal purchases, only on the purchases of the Consultants and Customers in your organization.

  11. If someone in my downline rises above me in rank, how will this affect me?
You are eligible to be paid down a certain number of generations, based on your “Paid As” title for that month. If someone in your downline is paid at a higher rank than you, they are eligible to be paid deeper into the organization but this does not reduce the number of generations you are eligible to be paid on.

  12. If you have a heavy leg, and you need to transfer those points to another leg to qualify, how do you do that without actually moving them?
Volume can not be transferred from one leg to another for qualification purposes.

  13. Since only X number of points can come from any one leg to qualify me as a Gold Consultant, what about the other points over and above, do I get paid commissions on this portion of points even though they don't qualify me for the Gold rank status?
If you meet the qualifications you are eligible to be paid on all of the volume (that falls within your pay rank, for example 5 generations at Gold).

Business Builder Bonus

  1. What is the “Business Builder Bonus”?
This bonus is paid to sponsors of new Consultants and is calculated as a percentage of new Consultants’ qualified volume. To qualify, new Consultants must purchase a minimum of 400 PV in their 1st month. It is an ongoing bonus, meaning that in any month that you sponsor new Consultants, you are paid a Business Builder Bonus on your new Consultants’ qualified volume. The bonus can be 5%, 10% or 20%, depending on the number of Consultants you sponsor during that month. To earn this bonus, you must be paid as Associate or higher and maintain an active Autoship.

  2. I have earned the Business Builder Bonus for sponsoring Consultants this month. Will I also earn residual commissions on these same Consultants?
Yes, you will earn the Business Builder Bonus (5%, 10% or 20%) as well as the Generation 1 commissions on the orders.

  3. Will there be G2 and G3 Business Builder Bonuses paid to the 2nd and 3rd generation sponsor during the first month depending on rank? For example, let’s say a new Consultant signs up during the month of January with a Success Pack and I place this new Consultant three generations down. How would the payouts work, specifically for the Business Builder Bonus?
The Business Builder Bonus is paid to the sponsor and the generational payout (G1) is paid to the same Consultant who earned a BB. The G2 to G8 are paid by upline lineage from the sponsor at the rate of 5%, 7% or 10% depending on their rank.

Moving Up Bonus and Accelerated Moving Up Bonus

  1. What is the Moving up Bonus?
In order to encourage promotions within the Compensation Plan, the company pays generous bonuses every time a Consultant promotes to a new rank. The Moving Up Bonus is paid when a Consultant promotes and maintains their new rank (Silver or above) for a second consecutive month and maintains an active Autoship.

  2. What is the Accelerated Moving Up Bonus?
The Accelerated Moving Up Bonus is paid when a Consultant promotes to a new rank within a specific period of time and maintains for a required period of time and maintains an active Autoship. Please refer to the Compensation Plan brochure for more information.

  3. If a Consultant promotes, for example to Silver, but does not maintain that level in the next month, do he/she still earn the Moving Up Bonus?
No, a Consultant who promotes will be paid the Moving up Bonus only if they maintain their “paid-as” status in the month following their promotion.

  4. Is the Accelerated Moving up Bonus that is earned for achieving Platinum status within 24 months shared or given to each upline Consultant when someone below them qualifies for this bonus?
The Accelerated Moving Up bonus is earned by the person who promotes. There is a separate upline portion of this bonus called the “Accelerated Upline Moving Up Bonus”, that can be earned by the upline. In the case of the Platinum rank, up to 2 Platinum uplines are eligible for this bonus.

  5. For the Accelerated Moving Up Bonus, does the new Consultant’s 'clock' run from the date of their personal signup? Or is it counted in calendar months, regardless of the date on which they first sign up. For example, to earn the Accelerated Silver Bonus, if a person registers on Feb 14th, does their 2 month window end on April 14th? or on March 31st?
It is the first 2 full months. So in this case it would end on April 30th. February is a partial month and March and April represent the first two “full” months.
